Xenia Community Schools homeless program provides coats due to generosity of Xenia Adult Young Professionals |

 Multiple Xenia children will be a little warmer this winter thanks to the generosity of the Xenia Area Young Professionals, a group of business leaders affiliated with the Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce. The members donated money that allowed Xenia Community Schools (XCS) Homeless Liaison Sandy Pramer, RN, shown, to purchase winter coats for children who are currently homeless or in transition. Funding for the XCS homeless program is generated by the McKinney-Vento grant, as well as donations from local businesses, churches, civic organizations and individuals. Pramer works with families in transition to provide a stable education for the family's younger members. |
