Giving 33 years of service to Xenia Community Schools and its students, XCS Curriculum Secretary Joyce Osburn was recently honored with a retirement reception for co-workers, former peers, friends and family.  The event was self-funded by members of the Central Office Staff.  With refreshments and many visitors, Osburn also received a pre-loaded VISA card from her co-workers. Osburn and her husband, Jim, reside in Xenia.
