Now featuring student-produced video productions spotlighting Xenia Community Schools, Time Warner TV 21 has been expanded to include informational slides, student videos and photographic presentations of student events.
Past and present students of Xenia High School Technology Teacher Janet Foster will be producing, filming, writing and editing the video productions.
“TV 21 has always offered information regarding school menus, upcoming events and programs. Student-produced videos will allow our students to gain experience writing and working with technology while educating our community about the many wonderful things happening in our schools,” says Xenia Community Schools (XCS) Supt. Jeffrey K. Lewis, Ed.D.”
Currently, the following short student-produced videos are being shown on Time Warner TV 21, he adds.
- Xenia High School Chemistry Club airing daily at 11 a.m., 3 p.m., 7 p.m., 11 p.m., 3 a.m. and 7 a.m.
- Xenia High School Tour airing at 8 a.m., noon, 4 p.m., 8 p.m., midnight and 4 a.m.
- Xenia High School “Boom De-Ah-Da” airing at 9 a.m., 1 p.m., 5 p.m., 9 p.m., 1 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- Xenia High School Physical Education Department airing at 10 a.m., 2 p.m., 6 p.m., 10 p.m., 2 a.m. and 6 a.m.
- Xenia High School Library airing at 6:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 10:30 p.m., and 2:30 a.m.
In addition to the videos, TV 21 will soon be including short photographic montages of activities and events happening throughout the school district.
