Strategic Plan
The Xenia Community Schools developed a comprehensive strategic plan for its future. The plan was created to cover all aspects of the district’s future, including instructional leadership, professional development of staff, technology, community engagement, and finances. The District retained David Ramey, President of Strategic Leadership Associates to facilitate the planning process in conjunction with Dr. Deborah Piotrowski, Superintendent of Xenia Community Schools.
