Attention 7th graders for the 2012-2013 school year:

The Ohio Department of Health has mandated that all students entering the 7th grade have a DTap.  Please check with your healthcare provider or the Greene County Combined Health District regarding this immunization.  It will be required at the beginning of the 2012-2013 school year.
