Health Partners of Western Ohio has been providing FREE dental care to students in grades 2,3,6 and 7 for Xenia Community Schools for the previous five years.  This year care is being expanded to include every Xenia student.  The dentist and hygienist come to the school and provide cleanings and sealants.  If your child needs care for cavities and/or abscesses, they will be referred to the Five Rivers clinic at the Greene County Combined Health District.

Yellow dental forms were sent home with every student.  Those forms must be returned your child’s clinic before the first dental visit to your school in October.

If you have questions please contact the clinic in your child’s school.
