The Xenia Educational Endowment Fund grants have made such programs possible as:

• Project Renaissance, which provides incentives for students who maintain or raise their academic achievement.
• Science Camp, which provides students with a week-long opportunity to learn more about science principles.
• Project  better test scores
• Inter-Generational Project, which has enabled elementary school students to visit and interact with residents of area senior citizens.
• Book for Bucks
• Non-Violent Conflict Resolution program, which trains students to solve their conflicts peaceably.
• Community wide art show
• Topics of other grants awarded range from early literacy programs to developing a nature area.
• Provides a $3,000 scholarship to a graduating senior.
