Welcome to Xenia Community Schools. Xenia Community Schools offers a culturally diverse student population that prepares its students for living in our increasingly globalized world. Our high school, two middle schools and seven elementary schools serve families living in the City of Xenia, Xenia Township, Village of Spring Valley, Spring Valley Township and the Village of Wilberforce. Xenia is also the county seat of Greene County and the home of many county-based agencies.

Our district values the contributions of our military families and recently rededicated the high school football field as “Veterans’ Field” in honor of those who have courageously served our country.

Xenia schools offer both a year-round and traditional school year calendar in two elementary schools and one middle school for your family’s convenience. Open enrollment policies allow families to personally choose their child’s school as long as space permits in that building and in that grade level.

Our schools have experienced ten straight years of improving State of Ohio test scores; one of our elementary schools was rated as “Excellent” this year.
