Attention 7th Grade Students for the 2011-2012 school year

The Ohio Department of Health has new immunization requirements for all students entering 7th grade.  A new dose of Diptheria, Pertussis and Tetanus must be administered prior to the school year.  Please turn in immunization paperwork to your child’s school.  Please schedule an appointment with your child’s physician to update their immunizations or contact the Greene County Health Department at 374-5600 for information on their immunization clinic.
