We believe academic success and dancing will never go out of style!!!

The Renaissance program at Xenia High School is a positive rewards program for students who excel in all aspects of school including: good grades, good attendance, and good behavior. Students attend school with the primary purpose of obtaining a good, solid education. The Renaissance program rewards and motivates students for working hard toward their academic goals.

Students may earn three levels of privilege cards:

• A Gold Card: for earning straight “A’s”
• A Blue Card: for “A’s” & “B’s”
• A White Card: for “A’s, B’s & C’s”

Privilege cards offer students in-school privileges and discounts at over 40 area businesses. Additionally, students are rewarded with other incentives such as t-shirts, special activities throughout the year, exam exemptions, and rewards parties.

The eagle is the symbol of the Renaissance program because of its’ intelligence and majestic qualities, as well as its ability to soar among the clouds.

Coordinators for Renaissance are Mr. Bill Richey and Mr. John Miller, who excel at getting kids motivated through creative, fun, interesting, and interactive lessons-in class and out! They invite students to, “soar with the eagles!” Students, please inquire and participate; and as parents, please volunteer to help with the various activities for the XHS Renaissance program.
