Over the course of the last 3 years, the XHS Garden Club has been working hard to beautify our high school landscaping and build our own school garden. Our new garden is located in the back of the building by the teacher parking lot. It only consists of 2 raised garden beds and a few benches at the moment. However, our goal this year (and every year) is to make it bigger and better! We have multiple fundraisers every year to raise money for our club. When the weather permits we spend our meetings working outside on our various gardening or landscaping projects. In the winter, we mostly focus on fundraising, learning more about plants, and socializing.
The Garden Club meets every Thursday, after school, in Mrs. Allen's room (B102), from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
